Position: Senior HR Business Partner We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Senior HR Business Partner to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Core Responsibilities: Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Minimum Qualifications: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
