Position: People Ops (HR Associate) We are expanding our team and seek a driven People Ops (HR Associate) who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. The selected professional will thrive in a data-driven, efficiency-focused, and collaborative work environment. Duties and Accountabilities: Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Key Skills and Qualifications: Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
