Position: Human Resources Coordinator A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Main Accountabilities: Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Essential Skills and Experience: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
