Position: Procurement + Admin Coordinator Join our forward-thinking team as a Procurement + Admin Coordinator and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This role provides exposure to strategic initiatives and direct collaboration with senior leadership. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
