Position: Human Resources Coordinator We invite a proactive and capable Human Resources Coordinator to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Responsibilities Include: Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
