Position: Bilingual Procurement Coordinator / Data Entry Clerk Our firm seeks a competent and professional Bilingual Procurement Coordinator / Data Entry Clerk for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Principal Responsibilities: Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Candidate Requirements: Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
