Position: HR Manager A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced HR Manager to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Main Accountabilities: Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Essential Skills and Experience: 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
