Position: SSE/Temp - Human Resources Analyst We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused SSE/Temp - Human Resources Analyst to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
