Position: Lauder Summer 2021 Intern, Human Resources Join our forward-thinking team as a Lauder Summer 2021 Intern, Human Resources and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This position is embedded within a high-functioning team that prizes collaboration, innovation, and quality. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
