Position: HR Recruiter II We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated HR Recruiter II to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, high-performance environment committed to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
