Position: Procurement + Admin Coordinator We invite a proactive and capable Procurement + Admin Coordinator to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
