Position: Sr. HR Investigator We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sr. HR Investigator to deliver excellence across key functions. Duties and Accountabilities: Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Key Skills and Qualifications: Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
