Position: Human Resources - Generalist A compelling career opportunity exists for a skilled Human Resources - Generalist to drive meaningful impact. Scope of Responsibilities: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Competencies and Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
