Position: Senior Human Resources Analyst We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Competencies and Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
