Position: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER We invite a proactive and capable HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Core Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
