Position: Human Capital Management - Employee Relations - Administrative Assistant We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Human Capital Management - Employee Relations - Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team. Duties and Accountabilities: Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Key Skills and Qualifications: Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
