Position: HR Business Partner, Manager A distinguished opportunity awaits a seasoned HR Business Partner, Manager within our progressive, innovation-led organisation. Main Accountabilities: Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Essential Skills and Experience: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
