Position: HR Business Partner An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented HR Business Partner to contribute to our mission. Duties and Accountabilities: Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Key Skills and Qualifications: Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
