Position: HR Associate We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented HR Associate to deliver excellence across key functions. Key Responsibilities: Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Qualifications and Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
