Position: Senior HR Business Partner Join our forward-thinking team as a Senior HR Business Partner and play a pivotal role in our continued success. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
