Position: HR Generalist We invite a proactive and capable HR Generalist to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Scope of Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
