Position: VICE PRESIDENT, DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused VICE PRESIDENT, DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. The candidate will join a globally connected team that prizes diverse perspectives and operational excellence. Responsibilities Include: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
