Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
