Position: Enterprise Account Executive Our firm seeks a competent and professional Enterprise Account Executive for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Role Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
