Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to deliver excellence across key functions. Core Responsibilities: Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Minimum Qualifications: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
