Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
