Position: Enterprise Sales Director An exciting career opportunity exists for a motivated Enterprise Sales Director to advance their professional journey. Role Responsibilities: Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Education and Experience Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
