Position: Enterprise Sales Rep An exciting career opportunity exists for a motivated Enterprise Sales Rep to advance their professional journey. Principal Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Candidate Requirements: Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility.
