Position: Sales Operations Analyst L3 A distinguished opportunity awaits a seasoned Sales Operations Analyst L3 within our progressive, innovation-led organisation. This position is embedded within a high-functioning team that prizes collaboration, innovation, and quality. Main Accountabilities: Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Essential Skills and Experience: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
