Position: Ad Campaign Manager Join our forward-thinking team as a Ad Campaign Manager and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This role provides exposure to strategic initiatives and direct collaboration with senior leadership. Role Responsibilities: Develop community engagement strategies to grow and activate brand social audiences. Report on ROI, CPL, CPA, and engagement metrics to senior stakeholders regularly. Analyse audience behaviour using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and BI tools. Plan and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic. Produce compelling content across formats including video, infographic, and long-form. Build influencer marketing programmes aligned to brand values and target audience. Develop email programmes with strong segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing. Manage affiliate, partner, and co-marketing programmes to drive qualified traffic. Education and Experience Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and web analytics platforms.
