Position: Administrative Coordinator - Human Resources We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Administrative Coordinator - Human Resources to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Core Responsibilities: Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
