Position: Outside Sales Representative Our organisation is looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative committed to quality outcomes and sustained growth. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
