Position: Inside Sales Manager A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Inside Sales Manager to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Main Accountabilities: Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Essential Skills and Experience: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
