Position: Front Desk Sales Associate We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Minimum Qualifications: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents.
