Position: Experiences Sales Representatives We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Experiences Sales Representatives to strengthen our high-performing team. This is an opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven team reshaping industry standards and best practices. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
