Position: Sales Operations Analyst 1 We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Sales Operations Analyst 1 to strengthen our high-performing team. Role Responsibilities: Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Education and Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
