Position: Outside Sales Representative We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to strengthen our high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, cross-functional team in a results-oriented culture. Main Accountabilities: Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Essential Skills and Experience: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
