Position: Area Sales Manager - Central New Jersey A distinguished opportunity awaits a seasoned Area Sales Manager - Central New Jersey within our progressive, innovation-led organisation. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly.
