Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Professional Requirements: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
