Collaborates with the web development team to create social media-optimized landing pages and lead forms. Implements conversion tracking using Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and UTM parameters across campaigns. Builds retargeting campaigns for users who engaged with social content but did not convert. Creates social proof strategies including review showcases and UGC campaigns to improve conversion confidence. Reports CRO experiments, results, and conversion improvement recommendations to the performance team. Continuously tests and iterates on conversion strategies based on data from social media and website analytics.
