Main Accountabilities: Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Essential Skills and Experience: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact.
