Position: Procurement Manager Our organisation invites applications from accomplished professionals for the role of Procurement Manager. This role provides exposure to strategic initiatives and direct collaboration with senior leadership. Role Responsibilities: Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Education and Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
