Scrappy upgrades & required items and buy arc raiders coins
Players looking to upgrade stations in ARC Raiders usually want a complete list of the materials required and the exact locations where these items can be found. Let's start with Scrappy.
Scrappy, the resident rooster of your workshop since a long time, is your first source of passive materials. Over time, he will bring metal parts, fabrics, plastics, rubber parts and chemicals. As he is upgraded, he will return more frequently and gather items faster.
Workbench
Workbenchs is the most basic station in your hideout and the only one that does not have any ARC Raiders workshop upgrade. It is immediately available and allows access to the first utility items, ammunition and basic equipment. After completing the Hullcracker Quest, you can craft launcher ammo.
Workbench allows you to create all of the necessary items to run a successful raid. You can craft weapons, shields and augments as well as health and shield healing items. Even small impact grenades can be crafted, giving you a nice little extra. This bench isn't useless. You can still use it when you are short of money to create light, medium and heavy ammo. The importance of this workbench is never diminished.
Gunsmith
Gunsmiths work on weapon fabrication and blueprints related to firearms. By upgrading this station, you will be able to produce more weapons and progress toward higher-tier equipment.
Gear Bench
Gear Benchs are used for crafting shields, utility mods, and other items that enhance your survival and mobility. Upgrades unlock stronger shields, and augments of higher tier. Scrappy will deliver the basic materials needed for Level 1.
Plastic Parts, Fabric and other materials are plentiful and can be collected passively or from loot boxes. Power Cables is required to upgrade the ARC Raiders Gear Bench at Level 2. This means that you will need to check all Residential, Commercial, and Electrical POIs in each map.
Medical Lab
The Medical Lab is where you can craft mid-tier consumables and shield rechargers. Fabric is a standard material required for level 1, as is ARC Alloy. This is not a basic, but it is common to find from ARC enemies. Cracked Bioscanners that are tied to Medical Points of Interest (POIs) will be introduced at Level 2. As you progress through the levels, your access to better medical supplies increases.
Utility Station
Utility Station allows you to craft tactical gadgets like utility grenades and barricades. Plastic Parts are the only materials needed to unlock Level 1. ARC Alloy is dropped by defeated ARC enemies. In higher levels, you will need to collect technological components from certain POI types.
Refiner
Refiners is one of most important stations within the hideout. You can convert materials to advanced components for weapons, gears, explosives, or high-tier upgrades. Higher levels of the Refiner unlock rare crafting materials, which would otherwise be very difficult to locate. Upgrade the Refiner as soon as you have established your first stations.
Here are the sections that explain where you can find each of the upgrade materials for your Refiner. It's hard to get the upgrade materials for ARC Raiders Refiner, but it's important because you can craft many other important items using it without needing to rely solely on raids.

Knowing where to find things will make it easy to unlock every station and get them to the first level. After Tier 2 upgrade, you will be placed in areas with high traffic, but this is where you are likely to end up anyway due to quests and better loot. For level 3, you will have to fight ARC bosses. Thankfully, the Queen and Matriarch are not yours to fight alone. You may have to learn the proper way to kill Bastion and Rocketeer. You can find the list of all items needed, as you would on any wiki, and also a list with locations where you can look for them.
