Victory Ridge is one of the more important areas in the northern section of the Dam Battlegrounds map, especially for players working through several objectives at once. Knowing where to look for ARC Raiders Items can make the trip much easier, particularly when completing the “Echoes of Victory Ridge” quest and the related “Straight Record” objective. Although the area is not especially large, the required locations can be easy to miss if you are moving through the ridge too quickly.

Reach the Northern Side of Victory Ridge

For “Echoes of Victory Ridge,” your main goal is to recover Major Aiva’s Patch, which is also connected to the battle plans objective. The easiest way to reach the area is to travel toward the northern edge of Dam Battlegrounds, close to the West Broken Bridge point of interest.

Once you arrive near the bridge, slow down and look around the roadside debris. The objective is not sitting in an obvious open location. Instead, it is hidden beneath a section of collapsed concrete highway. The structure creates a small sheltered space that can blend into the surrounding wreckage.

Look Beneath the Collapsed Highway

The most useful landmark is a blue tarp positioned around the makeshift shelter. Several damaged vehicles can also be found nearby, giving you additional clues that you are in the right location.

Move underneath the tilted section of highway and check the small alcove beneath it. Inside, you should find a rusted metal crate or box. Interacting with this container will cause the battle plans and Major Aiva’s Patch to appear.

This is an easy step to overlook because finding the container does not automatically complete the objective. After interacting with it, check the ground carefully and make sure you physically pick up the patch.

Protect the Quest Item Before Leaving

Once Major Aiva’s Patch is in your possession, extraction becomes the most important part of the mission. Losing the item before extraction can force you to repeat the search, so it is worth taking a moment to protect it.

If your equipment setup allows it, placing the patch inside your Safe Pocket augment is a sensible precaution. This helps reduce the risk of losing the quest item if something goes wrong before you reach extraction.

After securing the patch, avoid unnecessary fights and head toward the closest lift extraction point. Victory Ridge can become dangerous when other players or ARC threats are nearby, so taking a direct route is often more practical than spending extra time searching for additional loot.

Turn In the Patch for Your Rewards

Successfully extracting with Major Aiva’s Patch allows you to progress the “Echoes of Victory Ridge” quest and eventually turn the item in to Celeste. Completing this objective provides six crude explosives, two processors, and a music box.

These rewards make the mission worthwhile, especially if you are already passing through the northern section of Dam Battlegrounds. Completing the quest during an existing run can also save time compared with making a separate trip solely for the objective.

Find the EMP Trap for Straight Record

Victory Ridge is also connected to the “Straight Record” quest, but this objective takes you toward the central portion of the ridge rather than the northern shelter.

Start by heading southwest from the West Broken Bridge. The EMP Trap can be found around the center of Victory Ridge. Look for a tall pole with a wire looping around it, then interact with the base of the structure to activate the next stage of the quest.

After activating the EMP Trap, the objective changes and requires you to locate several power switches in the surrounding area. Pay attention to nearby structures and equipment as you move around, since the switches can require some searching rather than appearing directly beside the original trap.

Plan Both Objectives in One Run

If you have both quests active, Victory Ridge offers a useful opportunity to handle them during the same expedition. Start by checking the northern collapsed highway section for Major Aiva’s Patch, then secure the quest item before moving farther into the ridge.

Once that objective is safe, travel toward the center and southwest side of Victory Ridge to investigate the EMP Trap and continue “Straight Record.” Combining the objectives can reduce repeated travel across Dam Battlegrounds and give you a clearer route through the region.

The key is to stay focused on the quest locations instead of getting distracted by every nearby encounter. Secure the patch, activate the EMP Trap, locate the power switches, and use extraction points efficiently. With the route understood in advance, Victory Ridge becomes a much more manageable part of Dam Battlegrounds, while careful preparation can also leave you with useful ARC Raiders Coins for future runs.
