Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and update leads within the CRM system
2. Perform timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages
3. Convert incoming leads into paying customers
4. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
6. Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates
7. Coordinate with marketing and management teams for lead optimization
Requirements
