Position: Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Core Responsibilities: Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Minimum Qualifications: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
