Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Professional Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
