Main Accountabilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
