Position: Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) Our firm seeks a competent and professional Lead Systems Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect (Engineering Lead) for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Role Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
