Position: Body Weld Logistics Group Leader We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Body Weld Logistics Group Leader to join our dynamic and growing team. Core Responsibilities: Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Minimum Qualifications: Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
